• 1. You call us

  Tell us about your event! The size, goals, timeline. We record the intake call with our own tool and distill the details. Even if it's tomorrow and you're panicking, we've got you.

• 2. We design together

  We help shape the event format, set up conversation themes and tags, prepare guiding questions, and configure the workspace. All included in the prep fee.

• 3. Event day

  We show up in person. Participants scan a QR code & their phones become engagement portals. We run live analysis while the room is still buzzing and present results before people leave.

• €1,250 per event day

  We attend in person, run live analysis, and deliver a structured report. Software, transcription, and multilingual support included. Travel costs quoted separately. This covers the majority of events.
