Event services
€1,250 event preparation
Intake, event design, workspace setup, themes and tags. Covers one event format — additional prep for multiple formats is quoted separately.
€1,250 per event day
We attend (in-person or remote), run live analysis, and deliver a structured report. Software, multilingual transcription, and event support included. Travel costs quoted separately.
We will do whatever we can to make your event a success.
Scholarships
We don’t want money to be the reason you can’t use dembrane, but we also don’t want money to be the reason dembrane fails. So we ask for reciprocity.

Scholarships are for the non-private sector: grassroots movements, student collectives, NGOs, and public institutions. Mention scholarships during your intake call. We evaluate on need and novelty, not paperwork. Scholarships cover the use of dembrane and remote support; travel and on-site presence are quoted separately.
Training
Using AI in some participatory and democratic settings is classified as high-risk under the EU AI Act. Every team that uses dembrane for these use cases must complete a certified training before using their workspace.

Trainings cover certification for a year. As AI capabilities are advancing rapidly, annual recertification is required to maintain EU AI Act compliance.
