What the app makes, and how long it is kept.

Recording

The phone records what is said. Or you type instead. Recording pauses or stops when the speaker chooses.

Text

The recording becomes text within about a minute. The organiser sees the main topics across all conversations. In the final report, each insight links to the sentence behind it.

Deletion

Audio and text are deleted 30 days after the project ends. The organiser can delete them earlier. Nothing is used to train AI.

Consent

Recording starts only after consent on the welcome screen.

  • Consent first

    The welcome cards ask for consent. Recording waits for it.

  • Pause or stop

    Recording can be paused or stopped at any time. Typing is an alternative in most sessions.

  • Recorded without consent?

    Mail the participant team. The report goes to the organiser, who is responsible for the session.

What you can ask for

The results

The organiser decides what is shared after a session. Ask them for the final report.

Deletion of your words

The organiser holds the data and can delete it. Mail them, or mail the participant team and we pass it on.

Your own summary

Some sessions end with a summary of your own contribution. It comes on screen or by email. The organiser decides whether it is on.

Checking the text

In some sessions the app shows what it drew from the conversation. Then you can approve, reject or change it. The organiser decides whether this step is on.
